In UFC, Rafael Fiziev stopped Manuel Torres by knockout in the lightweight main event, giving him the cleanest result of the main card without needing the judges. In tennis, Alejandro Davidovich Fokina beat Ethan Quinn 7-6, 6-3 to win the ATP Mallorca final, while Madison Keys took the WTA Eastbourne final over Tatjana Maria 7-5, 6-4. In MLB, the Boston Red Sox beat the New York Yankees 4 to 1 at Fenway Park, and the LA Dodgers rolled past the San Diego Padres 15 to 3 in the night’s loudest baseball score.

Looking ahead, today starts with World Cup soccer round of 32, where Canada faces South Africa at SoFi Stadium. In MLB, the rivalry weekend keeps going with the New York Yankees at the Boston Red Sox, and the LA Dodgers stay in San Diego after putting up 15 runs on Saturday, so the response from the San Diego Padres is the matchup to watch there.
